Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to provide technical customer support and engage with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with Customer Support and Engineering teams to deliver technical support
- Develop sample apps and code to assist customers with integration issues
- Debug customer issues and understand SDK code to provide effective solutions
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with Objective-C, Java, and JavaScript
- Experience in mobile app development on iOS and Android
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Atlassian Jira, and Android Studio
- Customer support experience with strong technical communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams
