Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Technician II to assist customers with software-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and process incoming customer calls to optimize their experience
  • Document customer interactions and provide timely resolutions to issues
  • Educate customers on product usage and assist with troubleshooting complex cases
Required Qualifications
  • High School education, vocational training, or on-the-job training
  • Three or more years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to change
