Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Technician II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and emails from customers, providing technical support and training
  • Create documentation and guides for publication on the website
  • Recreate and document issues found by customers before escalating to the Support Supervisor
Required Qualifications:
  • Windows security and network troubleshooting knowledge
  • Ability to support multiple clients across communication channels and utilize multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently
