Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Technician II.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and emails from customers, providing technical support and training
- Create documentation and guides for publication on the website
- Recreate and document issues found by customers before escalating to the Support Supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- Windows security and network troubleshooting knowledge
- Ability to support multiple clients across communication channels and utilize multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently
