Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact between partners and the company, ensuring their success
- Provide technical consulting, planning, and coordination for partner implementations and operations
- Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement for partner experience
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12+ years of professional experience in a client-facing technical role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field
- Prior experience as a TAM or similar role for a SaaS platform is ideal
- AWS experience highly preferred
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and delivering impactful results
