Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support focused on customer success
  • 2+ years supporting consumer WiFi/Mesh networking platforms
  • 2+ years working with firewall configurations and service provider modems/routers
  • 1+ years providing technical support for mobile devices (iOS, Android)
