Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assoc Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives inbound client inquiries via phone, web chat, e-mail, and online ticket
  • Troubleshoots software application issues and guides clients to resolution
  • Documents customer information and recurring technical issues for quality support
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Associates/Bachelors strongly preferred
  • Proficient PC skills in Windows and IOS environments
  • Knowledge of mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
  • Ability to document and track issues to resolution
  • 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience preferred
