Job Summary
A company is looking for an Assoc Technical Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives inbound client inquiries via phone, web chat, e-mail, and online ticket
- Troubleshoots software application issues and guides clients to resolution
- Documents customer information and recurring technical issues for quality support
Qualifications & Requirements
- Associates/Bachelors strongly preferred
- Proficient PC skills in Windows and IOS environments
- Knowledge of mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
- Ability to document and track issues to resolution
- 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience preferred
