Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Manager who will be responsible for leading a team, recruiting new talent, and providing support to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and manage a team of Technical Support Engineers
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers and team members
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of technical support experience
  • 3+ years of experience in managing Technical Support or Customer Service
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
  • Experience in building teams in a growing company is preferred
  • Ability to handle high volume of tickets, phone calls, and chats
