Key Responsibilities:
- Train and manage a team of Technical Support Engineers
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers and team members
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of technical support experience
- 3+ years of experience in managing Technical Support or Customer Service
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent
- Experience in building teams in a growing company is preferred
- Ability to handle high volume of tickets, phone calls, and chats
