- Conduct gap analysis for Module 3 and ensure integration of data tables
- Develop new business processes and documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in technical writing or process documentation in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong background in writing user stories, SOPs, and related documentation
- Proven experience in gap analysis and business process development
- Experience with SQL database queries is a plus
- Familiarity with Change Management frameworks is desirable
