Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Transactions Counsel (Buy-Side).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage various technology transactions, including services, hardware, software, and cloud solutions
- Review, negotiate, and manage agreements with third parties while counseling clients on associated risks
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting and negotiating technology contracts, preferably on the buy-side
- Experience in managing cross-functional global projects and understanding technical requirements
- Proven ability to communicate legal risks related to technology transactions
- Demonstrated experience in managing relationships with third-party technology vendors
- Information technology industry experience relevant to assessing risks in technology transactions
