A software development firm is in need of a Telecommute Software Development Customer Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Tracking support tickets and activities in our CRM
- Delivering high quality customer service via phone, email, chat, social media and text messages
- Bringing innovation and creativity to the role and bring efficiency & effectiveness to the support team
Qualifications Include:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience in a high call volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to track support tickets and activities in our CRM
- Ability to deliver high quality customer service via phone, email, chat, social media and text messages
- Ability to bring innovation and creativity to the role and bring efficiency & effectiveness to the support team
