Qualifications Include:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a high call volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to track support tickets and activities in our CRM
  • Ability to deliver high quality customer service via phone, email, chat, social media and text messages
  • Ability to bring innovation and creativity to the role and bring efficiency & effectiveness to the support team
