A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Development Sales Operations and Strategy Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building and maintaining processes and reporting enhancements through Salesforce reports/dashboards
- Developing and evolving key performance metrics to help drive sales productivity
- Providing timely and effective sales support, particularly around project launches
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of work experience working in an operational or strategic role supporting sales organizations
- Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders
- Advanced decision-making skills, including the ability to be proactive and adapt quickly
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and other sales tech stack
- Ability to provide timely and effective sales support, particularly around project launches
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
