A software development company has an open position for a Telecommute Software Development Sales Operations and Strategy Associate.

• Building and maintaining processes and reporting enhancements through Salesforce reports/dashboards
• Developing and evolving key performance metrics to help drive sales productivity
• Providing timely and effective sales support, particularly around project launches

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3+ years of work experience working in an operational or strategic role supporting sales organizations
• Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders
• Advanced decision-making skills, including the ability to be proactive and adapt quickly
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and other sales tech stack
• Ability to provide timely and effective sales support, particularly around project launches
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
