Job Summary
A people analytics platform has an open position for a Telecommute Software Industry Contracts Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and proofreading customer contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Services Agreements, and more
- Demonstrating solid analytical and research skills, identify and troubleshoot issues
- Assessing risk and areas of exposure; offer suggestions for mitigation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field or possession of a Paralegal Certificate
- 2 years of experience processing customer contracts from creation through final execution
- Experience with SaaS, MSA contract negotiation, and Licensing contracts
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Methods, tools, and techniques associated with contract development, review, and more
