Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephony Engineer responsible for maintaining its telephony infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, develop, configure, implement, and maintain IP telephony systems and dialers
- Establish and implement standards for IP telephony according to best practices
- Troubleshoot issues and plan for future capacity requirements
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- 2 years' experience with Telephony systems (PBX, VOIP, IP)
- Able to complete required training programs and certification as assigned
- Ability to work closely in a team environment
