Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Software Engineer to support Cloud Contact Center platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop products and features for Cloud Contact Center platforms
  • Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and resolve bugs identified during QA processes
  • Mentor team members and train stakeholders on NICE CXone tools and solutions


Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of IVR and ACD development experience
  • 1-3 years of CXone Studio scripting experience
  • Experience with CRM integration and cloud telephony platforms
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Certifications such as NICE Certified Implementation Engineer preferred
