Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Software Engineer to support Cloud Contact Center platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop products and features for Cloud Contact Center platforms
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and resolve bugs identified during QA processes
- Mentor team members and train stakeholders on NICE CXone tools and solutions
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of IVR and ACD development experience
- 1-3 years of CXone Studio scripting experience
- Experience with CRM integration and cloud telephony platforms
- High School diploma or GED required
- Certifications such as NICE Certified Implementation Engineer preferred
