- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining SONET and DWDM networks
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a NOC environment
- Knowledge of SONET and DWDM equipment from various manufacturers
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems/applications simultaneously
