Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transport Global Network Operations Technician Tier III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitoring and responding to tickets, alerts, and general inquiries from customers
• Escalating unresolved problems and assigning tickets to appropriate teams

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining SONET and DWDM networks
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a NOC environment
• Knowledge of SONET and DWDM equipment from various manufacturers
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems/applications simultaneously
