Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Virtual Service Desk Project Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as Tier 3 support for Mac and PC
- Providing hardware, software, network, and management tool support for Windows and Mac devices
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience working on a ServiceDesk
- Associate degree, technical certificate or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Office 365 Productivity Suite, Intune & JAMF
- Expertise with MS Windows and Mac OS Operating Systems
- Strong understanding of ITIL Foundations and prior administration of ITSM tools
- Excellent technical documentation skills is a must
