Job Summary

A company is looking for a SHP Customer Service Representative I (Remote Option within member service area).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure positive customer interactions with Medicare Advantage or Commercial/Marketplace members
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance customer service skills
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two years of customer service experience is required
  • Experience in high-pressure situations is preferred
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in business administration is preferred
  • State of Wisconsin Insurance Agent's license is optional
