Job Summary

A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Work at Home Technical Support Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interacting with existing and potential customers, primarily via live chat, helpdesk, and email, over the phone, Skype or social media
  • Address technical support queries rapidly in a friendly and professional way
  • Update the product knowledge base as needed to improve customer experience

Qualifications Include:

  • Must have experience within a Support Team in either the telecommunications or technology sectors
  • Must have excellent written and spoken English-language proficiency
  • Must have experience in telecommunication devices and landline infrastructure
  • Must be fascinated with problem solving
  • Must have excellent judgment to prioritize customer issues based on their urgency and severity
  • Must be able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
