Job Summary
A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Work at Home Technical Support Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting with existing and potential customers, primarily via live chat, helpdesk, and email, over the phone, Skype or social media
- Address technical support queries rapidly in a friendly and professional way
- Update the product knowledge base as needed to improve customer experience
Qualifications Include:
- Must have experience within a Support Team in either the telecommunications or technology sectors
- Must have excellent written and spoken English-language proficiency
- Must have experience in telecommunication devices and landline infrastructure
- Must be fascinated with problem solving
- Must have excellent judgment to prioritize customer issues based on their urgency and severity
- Must be able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
