Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Workday dashboards and analytics to support HR initiatives
- Create custom reports and data visualizations to provide insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify reporting needs and deliver actionable data solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in Workday reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics
- Familiarity with general HRIS navigation and functionality
- Must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
