Remote Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company that retails apparel and footwear products online is filling a position for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining eLearning and instructor-led training and work in a variety of mediums
• Researching, interviewing, and collaborating with subject matter experts, trainers, and other key stakeholders
• Performing analysis to identify appropriate training resources and procedures

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Communications, Business; or two years equivalent
• 2+ years of course and curriculum instructional design experience; portfolio or work examples
• Experience in design and multimedia software including Articulate 360 Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Google Suite
• Familiarity in designing and developing eLearning, multimedia, and other computer-based training in a short amount of time
• Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
