Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive - Small & Medium Business (SMB).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a hybrid sales motion, balancing transactional deals with larger compliance-involved opportunities
- Engage key stakeholders and educate them on healthcare solutions
- Track pipeline metrics and proactively report on trends and forecasts
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in a SaaS sales role, ideally in both transactional and strategic motions
- Experience in navigating compliance-heavy conversations
- Ability to adjust communication style based on audience
- Experience in a startup environment is preferred
- Familiarity with benefits, HR tech, or compliance-related sales is a bonus
