Job Summary
A company is looking for an L1 Application Help Desk Analyst to provide customer support for medical record processing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers via phone, email, or ticket portal
- Provide technical support for hosted applications, servers, and network resources
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in computer application technical support preferred
- Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting and connection issues
- Basic experience with IIS, Apache Tomcat, PowerShell, and SQL queries
- Experience with Jira is a plus
