Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Manager to oversee help desk operations and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise help desk operations and provide guidance to staff
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of help desk activities and monitor performance for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
- 5+ years of relevant experience in computer hardware and software systems
- Proven experience in managing help desk operations and supervising staff
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with computer systems and networks
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering)
