Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides support for software, hardware, security, and network issues via multiple customer contact channels
- Manages incoming customer support requests, ensuring adherence to service metric guidelines
- Coordinates with Technology team members to resolve issues based on severity and priority
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year of experience in Information Technology
- Knowledge of personal computer and network troubleshooting
- Ability to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated
- Effectively manages multiple and changing priorities
