Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service via phone, chat, and email
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate level of support
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience in a customer support center or technology support role
  • Knowledge of case management systems and familiarity with the insurance industry
