Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients and insurance carriers, primarily assisting Spanish-speaking customers
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances and resolve inquiries using multiple resources
  • Maintain performance goals and achieve proficiency through a structured training program
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and performing alpha-numeric data entry
