A company is looking for a Bilingual English and Spanish - Senior Customer Service Representative.

- Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift schedule from Monday - Friday
