  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, and grievances accurately
  • Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide accurate information to customers

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
  • Background and drug screening required
  • Commitment to achieving results through knowledge and empathy
