- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations
- Document enrollment requests, status changes, and grievances accurately
- Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program policies and provide accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of a call center environment and customer service roles
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with diverse individuals
- Background and drug screening required
- Commitment to achieving results through knowledge and empathy
