Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist - BioAnalytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to internal and external BioAnalytics clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to enhance client experience and support sales initiatives
  • Gather and analyze client data to provide recommendations and create documents for pricing and proposals
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerBI)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High level of technical and support aptitude
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and analytical testing services is a plus
