Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist - BioAnalytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to internal and external BioAnalytics clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to enhance client experience and support sales initiatives
- Gather and analyze client data to provide recommendations and create documents for pricing and proposals
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Service Cloud, and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerBI)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- High level of technical and support aptitude
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of diagnostic and analytical testing services is a plus
