Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Advisor 1 - Tier 1 (Retail).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-tier customer service support for inbound calls, addressing client needs and issues
  • Engage in active listening, confirm information, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems and advocate for customers
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or G.E.D
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with business apps and software programs, including Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Capacity to troubleshoot basic technical issues
