Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Manager (DTC).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of remote call center supervisors and team leads
- Implement and oversee performance management systems and optimize workflow efficiencies
- Analyze call center KPIs and provide detailed reporting to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Experience in Direct to Consumer (D2C) and sales/revenue generating environments preferred
- Strong ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Strong business acumen to align operations with business goals
