Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Manager (DTC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of remote call center supervisors and team leads
  • Implement and oversee performance management systems and optimize workflow efficiencies
  • Analyze call center KPIs and provide detailed reporting to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume call center environment
  • Experience in Direct to Consumer (D2C) and sales/revenue generating environments preferred
  • Strong ability to analyze data and implement process improvements
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to motivate and develop employees
  • Strong business acumen to align operations with business goals
