Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of call center experience
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
