Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chapter & Member Relations Coordinator for a fully remote opportunity in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and provide resources for all Chapters, Member, and Volunteer functions and programs
  • Manage Chapter start-ups, revitalizations, and closing processes
  • Coordinate and administer various tasks related to Chapter support and sustainability
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a membership or customer support-driven organization
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Experience in process improvements and creating supporting documents/tools
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and management skills
