Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Manager to provide support and training for their client-facing platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase engagement, satisfaction, and retention of clients through platform demonstrations, education, and support
- Collaborate with clients in talent, production, and print payroll to ensure performance and satisfaction
- Identify upselling opportunities, provide data analysis reports, and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- 2-6 years of experience in Media/Entertainment/Content payroll or customer service
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects
