Job Summary
A healthcare company is looking for a Client Services Representative.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and resolution on escalated matters relating to medical plans
- Perform research to ensure all matters have been addressed and resolved appropriately
- Provide sales and service administrative support to client service department
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of applicable experience
- Experience in employee benefits and medical plans
- Hold an Ohio Department of Insurance license
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
