Position Responsibilities

Provide assistance and resolution on escalated matters relating to medical plans
Perform research to ensure all matters have been addressed and resolved appropriately
Provide sales and service administrative support to client service department

Required Qualifications

4 or more years of applicable experience
Experience in employee benefits and medical plans
Hold an Ohio Department of Insurance license
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
