Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Success (Account) Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing long-term relationships
- Proactively monitor account health and develop strategies for client retention and growth
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalations, ensuring resolutions meet client expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 4 years of experience in a client/customer support function
- Experience resolving client issues via phone/email
- SaaS experience required
- Familiarity with client support software and tools
