Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success (Account) Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing long-term relationships
  • Proactively monitor account health and develop strategies for client retention and growth
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and escalations, ensuring resolutions meet client expectations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in a client/customer support function
  • Experience resolving client issues via phone/email
  • SaaS experience required
  • Familiarity with client support software and tools
