Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Representative to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate and maintain customer relationships, managing contract renewals and identifying risks and opportunities
  • Discover upselling opportunities for additional services or products to enhance customer value
  • Source new leads through outbound prospecting and convert inbound leads generated by marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or renewals, preferably in supply chain or logistics
  • Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system
  • Proven experience in sales lead generation, ideally in technology or SaaS
  • Prior experience in a renewals or retention role is highly desirable
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree
