Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Support Implementation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure new systems and features and train clients on how to use program effectively
- Monitor and respond to incoming support chats and tickets, assisting customers in problem-solving
- Manage testing bug fixes and software enhancements, and help with software upgrades
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working at a help line, both on the phones and in an administrative role
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an program Admin
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in using computers, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office products
- Project management skills will be a plus
