Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure new systems and features and train clients on how to use program effectively
  • Monitor and respond to incoming support chats and tickets, assisting customers in problem-solving
  • Manage testing bug fixes and software enhancements, and help with software upgrades
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working at a help line, both on the phones and in an administrative role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an program Admin
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in using computers, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office products
  • Project management skills will be a plus
