CPA Senior Manager, Technical Accounting
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and establish accounting policies, including complex accounting issues and technical memos
- Prepare and review financial statements and compliance reporting, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Oversee internal controls and investor relations, and support corporate development activities
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of financial reporting and audit experience, preferably in a scale-up environment
- CPA Designation required
- Strong technical proficiency in ASPE and IFRS; US GAAP knowledge is an asset
- Experience with internal controls compliance and consolidation of multiple entities in different currencies
- Experience with IPOs is an asset
