Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Support Services programs to enhance team performance and customer experience
  • Design and implement quality assurance frameworks and regular coaching feedback loops
  • Manage the implementation of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Support Operations, or Program Management
  • Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional programs
  • Deep understanding of customer experience principles and support operations
  • Hands-on experience with support platforms and WFM tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
