- Lead Support Services programs to enhance team performance and customer experience
- Design and implement quality assurance frameworks and regular coaching feedback loops
- Manage the implementation of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Support Operations, or Program Management
- Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional programs
- Deep understanding of customer experience principles and support operations
- Hands-on experience with support platforms and WFM tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
