Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Account Management/Customer Success workflows and reporting
- Build dashboards and reports for customer journey stages and revenue insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer lifecycle management and operational processes
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in Revenue, Customer Success, or Account Management Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Strong command of CRM systems and customer data accuracy standards
- Experience improving lifecycle processes and quote-to-cash workflows
