Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize Account Management/Customer Success workflows and reporting
  • Build dashboards and reports for customer journey stages and revenue insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer lifecycle management and operational processes


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Revenue, Customer Success, or Account Management Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong command of CRM systems and customer data accuracy standards
  • Experience improving lifecycle processes and quote-to-cash workflows
