Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success Operations to enhance internal operations and drive process improvements within the Customer Success organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand reporting and analysis capabilities to gain insights on customer health and performance metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to standardize processes across the customer lifecycle and identify automation opportunities
  • Manage systems related to Customer Success, ensuring data integrity and optimizing tool usage
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with Gainsight NXT and relevant operational roles in the SaaS industry
  • Gainsight CS Admin Certification (Level 2 or Level 3 preferred)
  • Basic SQL skills for data analysis and understanding of data structures
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
  • Bachelor's degree in business and data analytics or equivalent experience preferred
