Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the West region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and maintaining relationships
- Proactively manage orders and troubleshoot supply issues to optimize service delivery
- Provide feedback for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4+ years of customer service experience
- Experience in a client-facing role within an e-commerce environment preferred
- Previous experience working with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone and available to start at 8am EST
