Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and maintaining relationships
  • Proactively manage orders and troubleshoot supply issues to optimize service delivery
  • Provide feedback for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a client-facing role within an e-commerce environment preferred
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Must be located in the Pacific Time Zone and available to start at 8am EST
