Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Analyst for the Sales & Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on customer segmentation and lifecycle management
  • Ensure smooth operations and optimized processes for Customer Success and Renewals teams
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track team performance
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in an analytical or customer-facing role within SaaS
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or BI tools like Tableau (preferred)
  • Familiarity with SQL and data querying (preferred)
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices (preferred)
