Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolutions for technical issues related to the product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the named representative for customers contacting the support help platform
  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through various communication platforms
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical problems, escalate complex issues to the Customer Success team
Required Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the product offerings and new developments
  • General understanding of hardware, software, and virtualization preferred
  • At least one year of customer support or sales experience
