Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolutions for technical issues related to the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the named representative for customers contacting the support help platform
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through various communication platforms
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer technical problems, escalate complex issues to the Customer Success team
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the product offerings and new developments
- General understanding of hardware, software, and virtualization preferred
- At least one year of customer support or sales experience
