Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to end users as the first point of contact for questions and troubleshooting
  • Maintain customer records and follow best practices for documentation in the ticketing system
  • Participate in the on-call schedule to ensure customer support after standard business hours
Required Qualifications
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with software, eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies preferred
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • A compliant remote work environment with cybersecurity policies
  • Ability to meet performance metrics and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
