Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to end users as the first point of contact for questions and troubleshooting
- Maintain customer records and follow best practices for documentation in the ticketing system
- Participate in the on-call schedule to ensure customer support after standard business hours
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Experience with software, eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies preferred
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- A compliant remote work environment with cybersecurity policies
- Ability to meet performance metrics and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
