Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative to triage and resolve customer support tickets, escalate complex issues, analyze data, collaborate with teams, troubleshoot payer issues, support new client implementation, and test new product features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Triage and resolve customer support tickets within 30 minutes during business hours
  • Manage "on call" tickets for 1-2 weeks per month to provide coverage during weeknights and weekends
  • Pull and analyze large datasets to conduct root cause analyses and system audits
Required Qualifications:
  • Team bonding and off-site events
  • 2+ years' experience in healthcare software
  • Deep familiarity with Hubspot or similar software-based customer ticketing platform
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with analyzing multiple datasets and running pivot tables
  • Results oriented with a bias to action
