Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative who can provide high level customer service and problem-solving to a growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as email, phone, and chat
- Escalate and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate customer information in the database and provide updates as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-oriented environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ZenDesk, Slack, and G Suite is a plus
