Job Summary

  • Resolve customer and candidate issues through phone, email, and chat
  • Complete assigned projects and call logs
  • Identify and communicate trends and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficient with technology and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred
  • Flexible schedule for 24/7 customer support
  • Must be a US Citizen
