Job Summary
A company is looking for a Desktop Tech II to provide onsite and remote support for users.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technology issues for internal or external customers
- Perform service, repair, and installation of computer products and manage user accounts
- Document and track issues using ticketing systems and provide status updates to end users
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related field
- Sound understanding of customer support operations and processes
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and network security concepts
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
